As a Software Engineer, you will design innovative tools for architects and engineers, focusing on generative design and efficient 3D graphics in web apps. You'll work collaboratively to improve existing workflows and develop new design products.

Build and scale Flow Studio’s creator ecosystem by identifying, recruiting, and managing creators across AI, filmmaking, gaming, design, and digital arts. Own creator campaigns, ambassador programs, launch initiatives, and content strategy from planning through execution. Measure reach, engagement, signups, active users, and ROI while optimizing investments. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Creative, Social, Growth, Product, and Partnerships teams to drive awareness, engagement, product adoption, and sustained creator participation.

Lead industry and market strategy for production environments, using customer, competitive, and technology insights to identify opportunities and shape product, portfolio, investment, and go-to-market priorities. Build relationships with customers, partners, analysts, and industry associations; influence cross-functional stakeholders; create strategic recommendations; and guide initiatives from insight through early execution. The role requires deep knowledge of industrial operations, strategic analysis, executive communication, and approximately 25–30% travel.

Design, develop, test, and maintain front-end and backend software (React, Node.js, Java). Build REST/GraphQL APIs, micro-frontends, CI/CD pipelines, and automated tests. Optimize performance, ensure scalability/security/availability, troubleshoot issues, participate in code reviews, mentor peers, and collaborate with DevOps and support teams.

Lead design and development of scalable front-end applications using React and TypeScript for an AI/ML-powered cloud-native SaaS platform. Collaborate with product, UX, backend, and ML teams to integrate APIs and real-time services, drive front-end architecture, optimize performance and accessibility, and contribute to testing and continuous improvement.

Design and develop desktop and cloud ECAD tools and backend services using C++, Java, JavaScript/Node.js on AWS. Build distributed, scalable RESTful systems, integrate third-party CAD/BOM/ERP data, implement desktop ECAD features (schematic capture, PCB layout, library and BOM management), and ensure reliable deployment, testing, and monitoring across the full product lifecycle.

Lead and mentor a high-performing Platform/DevOps team, manage application delivery, and improve internal CICD platforms while ensuring reliability and observability of systems.

Design, build, and maintain automated test suites, evaluation scenarios, metrics, and datasets for AI-powered features. Automate QA workflows with Python and CI/CD, test APIs and ML model outputs, define quality strategy and acceptance criteria, create CI/CD quality gates, mentor teams, participate in code reviews, and document findings.
