Support plant and customer through effective management of new programs, projects, and implementation of improvement and cost reduction suggestions. Ensure design changes are implemented in a timely and cost-effective manner. Manage changes within profit plan parameters for fiscal year. Create reports, presentations, and tracking files to manage projects and changes.

Providing quality assurance support, refining production methods, analyzing data for continuous improvements, developing testing methods, and ensuring required standards are met.
