Inside Account Manager role within TransUnion’s direct sales and account management organization. Serve as trusted advisor to senior clients and ensure successful implementation and ongoing value realization from TransUnion solutions.

Support internal communications for the Americas and Costa Rica GCC by creating and deploying content across channels, planning and executing internal events and town halls, partnering with stakeholders and agencies, measuring communication effectiveness, and managing multiple projects to strengthen employer brand and associate engagement.

Lead large-scale digital service platform and CRM integration projects across cross-functional teams. Drive project governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and delivery from concept through execution. Build project plans, dashboards, and executive summaries, translate business strategy into actionable scope and success metrics, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while facilitating collaboration across product, engineering, analytics, UX, and operations.

Manage and develop high-quality RFP, RFI, DDQ, and vendor form responses. Coordinate with Sales and subject-matter experts, maintain reusable content libraries, use response automation tools, ensure accuracy and compliance, and drive process and content improvements to increase response quality and efficiency.

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines; manage and automate AWS infrastructure using Terraform/Terragrunt; containerize with Docker; monitor systems with Prometheus/Grafana; integrate security best practices; troubleshoot production incidents; support disaster recovery, backups, and high-availability strategies; document infrastructure and processes.

Translate business requirements into configurable credit decisioning solutions using TransUnion decisioning software. Configure, unit test, document, support UAT and post-live phases, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and assist senior consultants while following SDLC processes.

Lead technical product strategy and roadmap for platform and infrastructure products. Own end-to-end delivery of complex, scalable solutions, translate business needs into engineering deliverables, and partner with Engineering and Architecture. Prioritize initiatives, establish KPIs, and drive data-driven decisions. Mentor and lead a team of TPMs, and ensure execution excellence in an Agile environment.

Lead revenue forecasting, analytics and financial planning for UK & Europe. Improve forecasting processes and systems, support commercial deals with scenario and margin analysis, deliver month-end reporting and dashboards, and partner with Sales, Solutions and Finance to drive strategic decision-making and team development.
