Team Overview
The Product Marketing team is responsible for shaping go-to-market strategy, value propositions, messaging, and sales enablement that support TransUnion’s solutions across regional markets. This team connects customer needs, competitive insights, product strategy, sales priorities, and marketing execution to help drive commercial outcomes across Latin America. The Senior Consultant, Product Marketing role will focus on Mexico while collaborating closely with regional cross-functional teams and global Product Marketing associates. This role reports into the Sr Director, International Product Marketing. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Own and lead go-to-market strategies tailored to regional market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, with a focus on supporting product launches, sales enablement, market-driven initiatives, and targeted campaigns.
- Help establish Product Marketing as a new function within the Latin American business region by acting as an ambassador for the value that product marketing delivers
- Implement and adapt TransUnion’s global product marketing framework for the Latin American region
- Develop and roll out solution messaging, sales enablement materials, and content that connects customer issues, market trends, and TransUnion’s value proposition
- Create customer-facing narratives and materials such as pitch decks, solution brochures, customer case studies, and competitive battlecards that position TransUnion effectively in the market.
- Build and maintain personas and ideal customer profiles that reflect regional and vertical market nuances.
- Conduct ongoing market, customer, and competitor analysis to inform positioning, product roadmaps, and differentiated market stories
- Influence and align stakeholders across product, sales, market development, and marketing teams to support go-to-market readiness.
- Partner with the global Product Marketing team to localize global launches for the Latin American market and leverage best-practice processes and tools.
- Track and report key performance indicators to measure the impact of product marketing activities.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing, preferably within SaaS, information services, technology, data, analytics, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, product launches, and commercial growth initiatives.
- Experience creating value propositions, product messaging, positioning frameworks, and customer-facing narratives that simplify complex solutions.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Market Development, and Strategy teams to drive business outcomes.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving capabilities with experience leveraging market, customer, and competitive insights to influence decisions.
- Experience developing and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for B2B products and solutions.
- Experience supporting or leading product launches and commercialization initiatives.
- Ability to develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks for complex solutions.
- Experience creating sales enablement assets including sales playbooks, battlecards, pitch materials, and customer-facing content.
- Experience conducting competitive analysis, market intelligence research, and buyer persona development.
- Experience establishing or scaling a Product Marketing function within a regional business.
- Experience working within a matrixed, global organization.
- Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Lending, Fraud, Risk, or other regulated industries.
- Advanced business-level English communication skills.
- Experience supporting multiple countries or markets across Latin America.
