Leads the overall marketing strategy for Mexico, including ABM, B2B and B2C marketing, brand management, communications, demand generation, customer acquisition, analytics, budgeting, agency oversight, and team leadership. Use recruiting data, dashboards, market insights, and AI-enabled tools to assess pipelines, identify risks, and improve outcomes while championing inclusive hiring and a positive candidate experience.

Manage B2B client relationships, delivery, issue resolution, implementations, onboarding, and complex projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams, translate client requirements into contracts, delivery plans, and SLAs, monitor commitments, identify account growth opportunities, and communicate customer feedback to improve products, services, and client satisfaction.
