Team Overview

The Global Talent Acquisition team partners closely with business, commercial, and functional leadership to attract, engage, and hire talent that enables TransUnion’s growth strategy across multiple business units. This team plays a critical role in building inclusive, high-performing teams and providing strategic talent advisory support that helps the business make informed workforce decisions. This role reports to a Manager of Talent Acquisition. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

This role exists to serve as a holistic Talent Acquisition Business Partner, delivering strong hiring outcomes while acting as a strategic advisor to multiple business units. You will balance full-cycle recruiting execution with workforce planning, stakeholder partnership, talent market insights, and recruiting process improvement to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term business priorities.

  • Partner with leaders across multiple business units to understand workforce priorities, hiring demand, talent gaps, and business objectives, translating them into effective recruiting strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of roles, including intake alignment, sourcing, screening, interview management, offer negotiation, and requisition closure within defined service expectations.
  • Act as a consultative talent advisor to hiring managers by providing market intelligence, pipeline insights, risk identification, and recommendations that support timely and informed hiring decisions.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines aligned to current and anticipated hiring needs across assigned business units, critical roles, and emerging talent priorities.
  • Develop tailored sourcing strategies and outreach approaches that reflect role complexity, talent market dynamics, business priorities, and diversity goals.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through consistent communication, disciplined process management, and clear expectation setting.
  • Advise hiring managers and interview teams on recruiting best practices, assessment consistency, inclusive hiring, and compliance throughout the selection process.
  • Use recruiting data, funnel metrics, and market insights to identify trends, anticipate risks, and influence hiring plans, prioritization, and talent strategy across business units.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, compensation, onboarding, operations, and business stakeholders to remove hiring barriers and improve end-to-end recruiting outcomes.
  • Support recruiting initiatives such as workforce planning, hiring prioritization, talent reviews, recruiting process improvements, conferences, career fairs, and university events when aligned to business needs.
  • Partner with recruiting programs and business stakeholders on event strategy, pipeline development, and execution for priority talent segments.
  • Ensure inclusive candidate slates by embedding inclusive recruiting practices into every search and advising stakeholders on equitable hiring decisions.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

  • Full-cycle recruiting expertise (5–7 years): Experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes and driving consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes across multiple roles, functions, and business stakeholders.
  • Talent advisory and market knowledge: Ability to provide informed guidance to hiring leaders through talent market insights, sourcing intelligence, competitive analysis, and pipeline health indicators.
  • Stakeholder and business partnership: Experience influencing hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders using data, market insights, and recruiting expertise to shape hiring strategies, prioritization, and decisions.
  • Portfolio management and prioritization: Ability to manage competing requisitions and stakeholder needs across multiple business units while maintaining focus on service quality, urgency, and business impact.
  • Program and process improvement mindset: Experience contributing to or leading initiatives that improve recruiting processes, stakeholder experience, candidate experience, efficiency, or measurable hiring outcomes.

Please note that this position will be initially on a fix term agreement for 1 year.
