Lead and scale India-based Professional Services teams (Solutions Architects and Custom App/Script Engineers). Lead quality efforts for major product areas, define test strategies, write and maintain complex automated tests, enable developers to shift testing left, participate in incident reviews and root-cause analysis, mentor junior QEs, and ensure releases meet reliability, performance, and security standards while partnering with architects and development leads.

Provide pre-sales technical expertise across Southeast Asia: deliver tailored demos, consult on identity and device management, enable partners, assist trial setup, assess readiness for sales cycles, and surface product feedback for improvements.

Manage a $3M+ North America book of business to drive renewals, expansions, and adoption. Collaborate with CSM, Renewals, Marketing, Product, and Support to resolve escalations, forecast pipeline, and meet Net ARR and renewal KPIs while working NA-aligned hours from India.
