Lead quality efforts for major product areas, define test strategies, write and maintain complex automated tests, enable developers to shift testing left, participate in incident reviews and root-cause analysis, mentor junior QEs, and ensure releases meet reliability, performance, and security standards while partnering with architects and development leads.

Provide pre-sales technical expertise across Southeast Asia: deliver tailored demos, consult on identity and device management, enable partners, assist trial setup, assess readiness for sales cycles, and surface product feedback for improvements.

Lead the ISPM development team in India, guiding the engineering teams, driving architecture, product strategy, and quality. Manage hiring and mentoring while integrating AI and security practices.
