Manage and support client Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, Entra ID, hybrid Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Defender. Responsibilities include identity synchronization, security and compliance configuration, endpoint management, migrations, Azure resource administration, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, documentation, monitoring, and end-user support. Build and operate scalable data pipelines, warehouses, models, and quality controls for analytics and data products. Manage ELT/ETL infrastructure, governance, monitoring, anomaly detection, and root-cause remediation. Own the production lifecycle of a computer-vision cart classifier, including data workflows, feature engineering, evaluation, deployment, drift monitoring, and integration. Collaborate with BI, engineering, product, and machine learning teams.

Processes, reviews, files, and uploads completed work orders and invoices from technicians and subcontractors. Maintains accurate records across Dynamics 365, Navision, and Google Drive, verifies documentation completeness, identifies discrepancies, and coordinates with the Canadian Service Department to resolve issues and support timely job closure.

Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions, including C#/.NET plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript customizations, Power Apps, and Power Automate workflows. Collaborate with U.S. stakeholders in an agile Azure DevOps environment, perform testing, manage deployments and managed solutions, document technical changes, and troubleshoot business applications. Preferred experience includes Azure services, CI/CD, AI agents, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, and multi-platform integrations.
