Lead the creation and growth of Saburi Ply’s Projects and Institutional Business vertical across government and private markets. Drive government approvals and empanelment, architect and PMC specifications, institutional accounts, contractor relationships, project pipelines, and large-value negotiations. Establish sales processes, targets, and reporting, convert specifications into orders, and eventually recruit and manage a pan-India projects sales team. The role requires independently building a business vertical and demonstrating personally delivered approvals, specifications, empanelments, and institutional wins.

Drive field sales and market expansion in Dibrugarh by developing dealer and retailer networks, generating business, managing relationships, achieving sales targets, promoting product visibility, tracking competitors, converting leads, coordinating orders and support, collecting payments, and submitting market reports.

Lead and expand the Bengaluru channel sales network for building materials. Responsibilities include driving territory sales, managing and appointing dealers and distributors, developing market relationships, executing sales plans and promotions, monitoring competitors and pricing, managing collections, coordinating with internal teams, and preparing forecasts, MIS reports, and business reviews. The role requires extensive territory travel and strong channel sales, negotiation, relationship management, analytical, and reporting skills.

Plans and executes below-the-line marketing programs, including dealer, contractor, carpenter, and retailer engagement activities. Coordinates product launches, exhibitions, roadshows, promotional campaigns, vendors, agencies, and event partners. Manages branding materials and marketing collateral inventory, supports sales and digital campaigns, monitors campaign effectiveness, prepares reports, and ensures brand visibility across assigned territories. The role requires strong event coordination, communication, execution, budget tracking, and willingness to travel.

Coordinates daily factory office operations, maintains records and documentation, prepares MIS reports, manages correspondence and office supplies, coordinates vendors and departmental requests, supports meetings and management reporting, maintains visitor records, follows up on pending actions, and assists with employee onboarding documentation.

Leads sales operations for the national sales team through planning, forecasting, performance analysis, MIS reporting, dashboard development, and cross-functional coordination. Monitors sales, inventory, dispatches, pricing, profitability, market intelligence, and dealer or distributor performance. Provides management with actionable insights, supports strategic decisions and market expansion, standardizes branch processes, and coordinates with sales, marketing, production, supply chain, and finance. This is an office-based role with occasional business travel.
