Provide HR administrative support: maintain employee records and HR databases; coordinate onboarding/offboarding and orientation; handle employee queries via email and ticketing; ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and prepare social insurance forms; coordinate contract renewals and liaise with IT, Payroll, and Training; support medical insurance requests.

Manage employee complaints via ticketing system, investigate escalations and whistleblowing, conduct exit interviews, implement corrective actions, coordinate engagement and process improvement initiatives, resolve interdepartmental conflicts, manage satisfaction surveys, and maintain internal communications and employee handbook.

Manage compensation and benefits programs including market benchmarking, job evaluation, salary proposals, benefits administration, HRIS data maintenance, compliance reporting, and employee support for compensation and benefits inquiries.
