- Provide guidance to managers on compensation decisions and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certifications (SHRM CP, or any other related HR Certificates) are a must.
- 2–4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication, confidentiality, and problem solving abilities.
