Support review, management, and resolution of medical liens for personal injury cases: track lien documentation, analyze medical bills and subrogation liens, maintain case logs, manage correspondence, collaborate with legal team, and ensure accurate data entry and timely case closure.

Negotiate and resolve medical liens by preparing abatements, coordinating with providers and case managers, documenting communications in the CRM, and ensuring timely, accurate lien reductions in the firm and client interests.

Provide litigation support by drafting and responding to discovery, preparing court and Judicial Council forms, summarizing medical records, organizing productions and exhibits, managing Filevine case files and calendars, e-filing documents, and coordinating court reservations and attorney schedules.

Manage a full caseload of personal injury files from intake through settlement or litigation. Communicate with clients and stakeholders, coordinate medical treatment and records, track deadlines, maintain accurate case notes in case management systems, assist with demand and settlement documentation, and ensure confidentiality and compliance.

Support attorneys with legal research, document drafting, case management, discovery, filings, trial preparation, and client/court communications while ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines and procedures.

Manage vendor invoices and medical lien accounts, reconcile accounts, communicate daily with California law firms and internal teams, update tracking sheets, support month‑end close, and meet daily outreach goals to ensure accurate accounts payable operations.
