Own the full partner lifecycle for the Pacific Northwest: prospect, close, onboard, and manage retail, OEM, and independent shop partnerships to source and negotiate second‑hand e-bike inventory. Drive high-volume outbound outreach, represent the brand in-market, travel to meet partners, collaborate with ops/marketing/product, and deliver against aggressive regional revenue and sourcing targets.

Manage end-to-end customer receipts and supplier invoices across multi-entity ledgers, review bank payments, reconcile fixed assets and inventory, ensure compliance with local GAAP and group rules, prepare VAT and other tax returns, and document financial processes to support international scaling.

Own B2B sourcing and sales in Germany: build and scale partnerships with retailers, leasing companies, manufacturers; purchase excess stock and trade-ins; negotiate favorable purchasing terms; optimize procurement processes and regional playbooks. Frequent travel to strengthen partner relationships and ensure consistent product quality.

Lead end-to-end performance marketing for Europe: build strategy across SEA, paid social and affiliates; launch and optimize campaigns (bids, keywords, creatives, landing pages); implement tracking and attribution; build dashboards; and allocate multi-million euro budgets to maximize customer acquisition and revenue.

Own and optimize warehouse operations for refurbishing and delivering e-bikes: lead mechanics and associates, design processes, manage suppliers, build dashboards, analyze data to improve customer experience and financial efficiency, and support fast-paced expansion.

Lead and own operations for Upway's Stuttgart UpCenter: manage managers, associates and mechanics; set targets and P&L; design processes, dashboards and tools; analyze data to optimize flow and financial efficiency while supporting rapid growth.
