Responsibilities include scheduling, communications, materials, participant tracking, e-learning support, LMS and Oracle data maintenance, employee inquiry management, invoice processing, expense tracking, documentation, reporting, and organizational development process improvements.

Coordinates plant administration and HR activities, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll and timekeeping, benefits, employee records, communications, training, reporting, and BMS document administration. Maintains confidential information, supports audits, tracks compliance training, and helps ensure adherence to EHS requirements and established procedures.

Manages key customer accounts for admixture products by developing sales plans, negotiating contracts, forecasting demand, coordinating product trials, troubleshooting with technical teams, training plant staff, and communicating customer and market insights to sales leadership.

Designs, tests, maintains, and troubleshoots electrical systems, equipment, PLCs, automation controls, and medium- and low-voltage infrastructure. Coordinates contractors, vendors, plant personnel, maintenance activities, and capital projects. Prepares electrical drawings, specifications, reports, and project documentation while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and budget requirements. Leads technicians and supports plant improvements, installations, upgrades, and root-cause analysis.

Supports procurement and transportation analytics by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to raw materials, purchasing, purchase orders, suppliers, freight, and shipping. Develops dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using Power BI and Excel, identifies trends and improvement opportunities, validates data, and supports reporting accuracy and process improvements.

Supports automation and controls projects in a live manufacturing facility. Assists with PLC, HMI, sensor, instrumentation, troubleshooting, testing, validation, documentation, and implementation activities. Collects and analyzes equipment and process performance data, identifies reliability improvements, and prepares technical drawings, reports, procedures, and project deliverables while collaborating with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.

Responsible for achieving regional and personal sales targets, developing customer relationships, supporting contractors and end users, promoting Mapei products, managing specifications through orders, forecasting projects, analyzing product mix, addressing performance issues, and training customers. Requires a diploma in Chemical or Civil Engineering, or an equivalent NQF Level 5 qualification.

Oversee territory sales activities, guide sales representatives toward targets, build customer and key-account relationships, identify new business opportunities, analyze market and competitor trends, monitor performance, support pricing and negotiations, prepare management reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
