Lead and support Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion applications across Finance and Supply Chain for multi-country operations. Manage functional and technical activities, gap analysis, data conversion, integrations, custom development (Forms/Reports/PL/SQL), testing, reporting, training, vendor oversight, and transformation initiatives to ensure system stability and user adoption.

Sell heavy commercial vehicles by developing sales strategies, prospecting new clients, providing technical consultation on trucks and equipment, preparing proposals and contracts, coordinating finance, service and parts for after-sales support, maintaining sales forecasts and reports, and attending industry events.

Manage and supervise MEP projects from site execution to handover: review IFC drawings, raise RFIs, coordinate MEP design and submittals, oversee subcontractors, conduct inspections, ensure QA/QC and regulatory compliance (DEWA, DCD, SIRA), support testing and commissioning, track progress and snagging, and maintain project documentation while reporting updates to the MEP Division In-Charge.

Drive showroom sales of new units by meeting monthly targets, managing end-to-end customer interactions, maintaining product knowledge, coordinating with branches, documenting leads and reports, and building customer relationships to generate repeat business.

Prepare monthly MIS reports, ensure accounts comply with IFRS, manage budgets, cash flow and vendor/payments, handle VAT returns, coordinate audits, supervise finance staff, and improve accounting systems.

Manage inbound/outbound leads in the CRM, ensure timely follow-ups, maintain accurate customer records, support sales to convert leads to showroom appointments, generate CRM reports, handle inquiries/escalations, run retention and campaign follow-ups, and optimize CRM KPIs to improve conversion and customer engagement.
