Lead design, implementation, and support of enterprise storage and backup solutions. Assess customer environments, produce technical specifications, estimate project effort, and resolve complex backup/storage issues across multi-petabyte, multi-vendor platforms. Drive capacity planning, performance reporting, disaster recovery exercises, and vendor collaboration. Act as technical team lead for data protection, retention, and recovery strategies.

Responsible for full lifecycle technical SAP PI/PO integration: end-to-end development on SAP PO 7.4, ABAP proxy integration, interfacing SAP and non‑SAP systems, EDI/IDoc processing (ANSI X12, EDIFACT), graphical mapping, technical design documentation, performance tuning, and onboarding new EDI partners.

Lead functional QA testing for the Core Banking Fidelity Systematics RM application. Analyze requirements, create test strategies, write reusable test cases, manage traceability in QC, coordinate test data and environments, schedule and execute tests, track approvals, and lead a team of 5–10 testers while collaborating with project teams and escalating issues.

Work with Lead Instructional Designer to design, develop, and fix web-based course materials. May include technical writing. Use e-learning authoring tools, collaborate in virtual environments, and provide work samples.
