Perform QHS audits and site inspections (~75% field) for telecom rollout projects; deliver Nokia-specific safety inductions and technical HSE trainings; enforce Nokia HSE standards, facilitate risk assessments, monitor supplier compliance, drive CAPA, run governance meetings, and maintain QHS records and reports.

Lead project Health, Quality & Safety (QHS) activities for telecom rollouts: define H&S requirements, develop plans and risk registers, enforce Nokia Life Saving Rules, manage supplier HSE compliance, run audits and training, track KPIs and reporting, support incident investigations and ISO audits.

Design, develop, and maintain training materials (presentations, e-learning, videos, case studies, manuals). Localize global content for Tanzania, maintain a centralized content library, update materials quarterly, and create marketing copy for social media, websites, SMS, and campaigns while collaborating with design and training teams.

Drive merchant acquisition, revenue and transaction volume within assigned territory by managing full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiations, onboarding (KYC), activation, and post-onboarding engagement. Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, reports, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding and operational issues while identifying upsell opportunities.

Supervise installation, testing, commissioning and put-into-service of electromechanical and telecom power equipment. Ensure QA/QC and health & safety compliance, perform root-cause analyses, prepare technical reports and presentations, design training for electromechanical teams, and provide technical support and coordination for rollout teams, subcontractors, and customer interfaces.

Manage credit and collections functions: monitor receivables, follow up on overdue accounts, resolve billing/payment issues with sales and finance, maintain customer credit files, update credit policies, lead a small collections team, and ensure compliance with credit controls.

Design and produce digital and print assets for social media, websites, ads, and retail activations. Develop branding and promotional materials, adapt global telecom/tech brand guidelines to local markets, collaborate with marketing and content teams, and deliver high-quality visuals under tight timelines.

Provide day-to-day HR and admin support including recruitment coordination, onboarding, payroll inputs, employee records, HRIS maintenance, employee engagement, basic employee relations, compliance with labour laws, and administrative support to the HR & Administration Manager.

Coordinate site documentation, access, onboarding, logistics and travel for project teams. Liaise with engineering, rollout, SAQ, HR, admins, procurement and management to ensure site readiness, update Tempus and ERM/WBS assignments, and support supplier PO issuance.

Lead and oversee telecom site design activities, ensuring permit and construction drawings, structural and foundation calculations, soil reports, and land surveys comply with Nokia standards, customer requirements, and local regulations. Support project planning, manage drawing approvals, train teams, and monitor implementation of site design deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
