Manage full-cycle accounting and office administration: tax compliance and statutory returns, payroll, audits, invoicing (EFD), bank reconciliations, AR/AP, petty cash, inventory oversight, supplier/client communications, team leadership, and process improvements.

Lead planning and execution of TTL campaigns and trade marketing activations across Tanzania. Manage media buys, campaign budgets, vendors, and in-market events. Track performance using analytics and sales data, collaborate with retailers, distributors, field teams and leadership, and ensure culturally relevant, compliant marketing.

Provide day-to-day HR support including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, compliance with Tanzanian labor laws, performance management, training coordination, and client advisory services.

Support sales operations by coordinating onboarding, system registration, Watu account setup, territory and reporting assignments, and communications between Territory Managers, Team Leaders, Freelancers, and partners. Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with policies, track progress, escalate access issues, and resolve onboarding or system-related problems to enable smooth sales execution.

Lead HR activities for sales leadership (Zonal Business Managers, Cluster Managers) including end-to-end recruitment, structured onboarding, payroll and statutory compliance (Tanzania), performance management, employee relations, exit processing, HR reporting, and training initiatives to improve retention and reduce time-to-hire.
