Responsible for invoicing and processing recurring franchise transactions, researching and resolving invoice discrepancies, supporting monthly close, ad-hoc reporting, data entry, and customer service for franchisee accounts.

Support accounting team with journal entries, daily sales and bank deposit reporting, accounts payable processing, vendor setup, weekly payment runs, purchase order data entry, document retention, and ad-hoc accounting tasks to ensure accurate, timely financial recordkeeping.

Elicit and document business and system requirements, define current and future state processes, create vision documents, use cases and process flows, define system scope and objectives, and develop global/multi-national customer requirements. Requires Agile and Salesforce Service Cloud project experience.

Develop and execute integrated national brand marketing plans; create and produce creative and media campaigns for print, online, and travel trade; manage advertising and marketing budgets with forecasting and accruals; act as brand liaison with Ecommerce, Sales, Legal, and Brand Operations; support production of collateral, promotions, and sponsorships.

Schedule and conduct virtual revenue audits of franchised hotel properties: prepare audit pipeline and confirmations, review financial records for room revenue accuracy, document findings in workpapers, communicate results and follow-ups with franchisees, and assist with nightly transmission audits.
