Job DescriptionJob Details:
The need for a consultant to augment staff supporting the IT Global Application Portfolio Management team at Parsippany, NJ documenting and eliciting requirements.
Requirements:
Define and assess current and future state business and system processes.
Formulate and define system scope and project objectives based upon user needs and understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
Devise and modify procedures to solve medium top complex business problems with consideration to capacity limitations, operation time, and global / regional differences.
Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, Translate into system requirement specifications in the form of Vision Documents, Use Case Survey's, Use Cases, and Business Supplemental Specifications.
Create use case scenarios, process flows, and other supporting documentation as needed to build / define system requirements.
Develop Global or Multi-National customer requirements.
a. Project experience utilizing an Agile Methodology
b. Project experience utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud
