Job Description

Contact franchisees to schedule virtual revenue audits.

  • Prepare the audit pipeline and schedule to ensure that audits are consistently scheduled in a timely manner, normally three to four weeks in advance.
  • Send audit confirmation letter to Franchisees prior to the virtual audits.
  • Review the financial records to ensure room revenues have been accurately reported to the company.
  • Compile and document audit findings into the audit workpapers file.
  • Communicate and discuss preliminary audit findings with franchisees.
  • Prepare audit follow-up letter to be sent to franchisees, maintain supporting documentation for the audit workpaper file, and submit the file for management review.
  • Assist with conducting nightly transmission (NT) audits franchised hotel properties to verify the accuracy of monthly gross room revenue reported.
