Support planning applications, EIAs and environmental permitting for mineral extraction and processing sites. Responsibilities include mineral process development, process simulations, flowsheet creation, trials, troubleshooting, debottlenecking, technical audits, production and quality data analysis, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with engineering, operations, sustainability, safety, procurement, suppliers, contractors, and external engineering partners to deliver safe, sustainable, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.

Lead customer-facing technical support for ceramic products: investigate and resolve complaints, perform RCA and RCCA, monitor product quality, run plant visits and trials, define corrective actions, collaborate with Commercial, Operations and R&I, and support specification development and continuous improvement.

Serve as strategic finance partner to Operations and Commercial leaders, lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end reporting, cash and working capital management, ensure IFRS compliance, support audits and tax, drive process improvements, implement finance systems, and lead and coach local finance team.

Lead sales activities for Sibelco products within assigned sub-region to achieve volume, net sales and gross margin targets. Identify new opportunities, commercialize products, develop new applications, build market intelligence, manage customer portfolio, and support export/trading activities.

Support environmental permitting, compliance, risk management, land‑closure planning, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability initiatives across operational sites. Monitor regulatory developments, coordinate EIAs and audits, manage environmental KPIs, contribute to GIS/spatial data, and implement continuous improvement projects to reduce emissions, water use, waste, and biodiversity impacts.

Support the Group Head of Audit & Risk Management by building and executing the annual internal audit plan, monitoring remediation, advising on controls and ERM, improving audit methodology and digitalisation, coordinating co-sourcing, and working with senior management and the Audit Committee to strengthen controls and reduce risk across the Group.
