Manage end-to-end payroll for all company entities in-country: calculate gross-to-net, withholdings, deductions, expatriate/relocation payments, bank reconciliations, and payroll journal entries. Produce analytical payroll reports, advise management on payroll impacts and software selection, ensure correct use and integration of country payroll systems, and communicate salary/deduction matters to employees.
