Enter and reconcile billing data in Sage Intacct, submit invoices via construction portals, manage lien waivers/releases, track approvals and payments, coordinate with Project Managers to resolve discrepancies, and support month-end billing reconciliations and revenue reporting.

Manage and grow client accounts in the equipment rental space through inside and outside sales. Prospect, cold call, and close deals across an assigned territory (DMV), provide consultative rental solutions, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain accurate sales records and pipeline.

Provide estate planning and estate and trust administration services for clients in Virginia.
