Our client is seeking an Estate & Trust Administration Paralegal to support attorneys with the administration of estates and trusts from initial intake through final distribution. As a key member of our team, you’ll play an essential role in guiding clients through the complexities of estate and trust administration, with support from a highly collaborative legal team. This role is focused on case management and client communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with clients and professional advisors.
Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing and filing probate petitions and supporting court documents
Tracking estate and trust assets through detailed accountings (Microsoft Excel)
Serving as the main point of contact for clients and occasionally beneficiaries
Communicating with third-party professionals, including financial institutions and court personnel
Recording billable time daily and assisting with monthly billing reviews
Coordinating the recording of real estate deeds
Supporting general office operations
Handling confidential client matters with professionalism and discretion
Supporting attorneys on special projects and case management needs
Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate
Experience in probate, trust administration, or estate planning preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
Friendly, professional demeanor with a client-focused mindset
Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Suite applications and services and other legal practice technology

Schedule: Full-time
Work arrangement: On-site with potential for partial remote work
Compensation: $55,000 – $68,500 annually
