As Head of Human Resources, you'll lead Group HR strategy, workforce planning, compliance, and cultural initiatives across business units, while advising executive leadership and managing talent acquisition and governance frameworks.

Manage all accounting and financial operations including financial statement preparation, reporting, AP/AR, reconciliations, audits, tax compliance, and accounting policies. Oversee accounting department, optimize financial systems, perform financial analysis, and provide insights to senior management and the Board to support strategic decisions.

Drive field sales and territory growth across Mwanza, Shinyanga, Geita, and Simiyu by identifying and onboarding customers, maintaining relationships, securing orders, pursuing collections, reporting daily activities, and coordinating with internal teams to meet regional sales targets.

Lead regional commercial operations across Tanzania and East Africa by developing and executing sales strategies, growing key accounts and channel partnerships, managing a sales team, forecasting performance, negotiating contracts, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and driving revenue growth in mining, construction, industrial, and related sectors.

Assist in the design, development, testing, and industrialization of new products, focusing on engineering support, prototyping, and collaboration across teams.

Lead accounting operations including general ledger maintenance, monthly management accounts, reconciliations, audits support, cash and receivables management, supplier payments, budgeting/forecasting, supervise payables and cashiers, enforce internal controls, and provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.

Provide executive support and manage day-to-day office operations, including calendar and travel coordination, HR and sales administration, client and vendor liaison, reporting, filing, supplies and contracts, meeting preparation and minute-taking, and support for special projects to ensure smooth business operations.

Supervise inventory receipt, issuance, storage, and reconciliation. Maintain accurate records in Zoho Inventory, coordinate procurement, conduct stock counts, oversee fleet and consumables records, manage merchandise sales cash reconciliations, lead and train stores staff, ensure compliance with procurement and audit controls.

Manage and record all inventory transactions in Zoho Inventory, reconcile physical stock, coordinate procurement and purchase orders, maintain workshop and fuel records, support audits, and ensure compliance with procurement and inventory control procedures.

Support day-to-day accounting for a logistics business: record purchases, manage petty cash, post vouchers in Tally ERP, prepare statutory returns, liaise with banks/auditors/stakeholders, maintain filing, and assist reconciliations and month-end close.
