We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Administrator / Office Manager to support senior management and oversee the smooth day-to-day administration of our business operations. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple priorities, maintaining high standards of professionalism, and acting as a central point of coordination across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Manage office administration and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate internal communications and follow up on action items with various departments.
- Assist with sales administration, including proposal preparation, CRM updates, client follow-ups, and reporting.

- Monitor office supplies, service contracts, and administrative budgets.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in executive administration, office management, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience using CRM systems and cloud-based business applications.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
