Lead HTSA as its strategic, visionary executive partner to the Board. Define long-term strategy, external partnerships, brand positioning, vendor/member relationships, and industry-facing programs while working with staff to translate strategy into execution and maintain fiscal and cultural health.

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, collections, cash management and monthly sales tax. Manage AV, lighting, shade, and control projects on construction sites as primary client and trade liaison. Oversee scope, schedules, budgets, work orders, change orders, quality control, and status updates in iPoint. Read and interpret plans, coordinate teams and third parties, and maintain project profitability while working hands-on in the field.

Lead and develop the field team to deepen member and vendor relationships, identify mutual needs, design solutions, drive sustainable growth, represent the organization at events, partner with the CEO on strategy, and prepare as a succession path to CEO.
