Your Contribution to HEDSouth:
- Primary Point of Contact: Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, Rep
- Scope of Work: Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed
- Project Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources
- Project Profitability: Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors
- Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
- Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team
- Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
- Status updates in Project Management Software (iPoint) at all times.
- Environment: Work on construction sites with situational awareness

- Ability to read, interpret, markup, and distribute plan sets/blueprints
- Proficiency using iPoint project management software and keeping status updates current
- Experience creating, submitting, and managing change orders and work orders
- Proven ability to manage project timelines, resources, and profitability (keep hours at/below budget)
- Comfort working hands-on in field construction environments with situational awareness
- Strong client-facing communication skills; serve as primary point of contact with clients, GC, architects, and reps
- Pleasant disposition and high emotional intelligence
- Steady work history (typically ~3 years between job changes) and availability for full-time, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm in Hollywood, FL area
