Lead and manage the dealership’s pre-owned vehicle sales to drive volume, profitability, and customer experience. Oversee inventory acquisition, pricing, appraisals, reconditioning timelines, and sales team performance. Desk deals, analyze metrics, collaborate with service and F&I, and ensure compliance with dealership and OEM standards.

Greet customers, present vehicles, perform test drives, develop prospects, enter and follow up on leads in the CRM, schedule appointments, assist through write-up and delivery, train and mentor new sales staff, and maintain product knowledge and showroom lot appearance.

Perform dealership accounting tasks including general ledger posting for new and used vehicle deals, schedule reviews and maintenance, vendor invoice coding/processing, manufacturer monies accounting, RDR and rebate reconciliations, variance research, and other assigned duties.

Sell Audi vehicles and represent the brand by delivering exceptional, customer-first experiences. Qualify leads, guide customers through purchase process, use dealership systems, maintain professionalism, collaborate with team, and meet sales performance goals.

Greet and assist customers, present vehicles, conduct test drives, generate and follow up on leads using CRM, schedule appointments, complete sales paperwork, deliver vehicles, and mentor/ train new sales staff while maintaining showroom and lot standards.

Manage customer contacts and follow-up for parts, service, and sales. Schedule appointments, gather and maintain customer data, resolve customer issues, support CRM/process improvements, and promote dealership events and offerings.

Manage and process lead follow-up, gather and track customer information, schedule appointments for sales, service and parts, assist with promotions and product information, and deliver outstanding phone and internet customer service to support dealership sales goals.

Greet customers, present products and demonstrate vehicles, prospect and follow up using the CRM, schedule appointments, assist with write-up and delivery, maintain product knowledge and showroom, mentor/train new sales staff, obtain required state licensing, and introduce customers to service.

Consult with customers to guide them through vehicle purchases, present features, financing, and policies, maintain relationships with timely follow-up, track customers in management systems, and stay current through product training.

Sell new and used vehicles in a high-volume dealership environment. Deliver exceptional customer service, manage sales transactions, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals. Must have proven auto sales success and strong communication and computer skills.
