Serve as the dealership BDC point of contact: respond to online inquiries, make outbound calls, schedule/confirm sales and service appointments, maintain CRM records, follow up with customers, and coordinate with sales and service teams to meet appointment and performance goals.

Manage appraisal, acquisition, reconditioning, merchandising and pricing of used vehicle inventory. Build and train the sales team, ensure customer engagement and financing, meet sales goals, maintain lot presentation and CSI, and oversee trade valuations and vehicle reconditioning.

Manage dealership sales process and customer engagement, coach sales staff, ensure inventory presentation and accurate transaction entry, submit deals electronically, coordinate financing and lender relationships, process paperwork to meet DMV and lender requirements, track receivables, follow up with customers, and obtain required licensing within 90 days.

Sell Airstream travel trailers and related products by learning product lines, advising customers on features and towing/finance options, following up with prospects, maintaining guest records, and preparing departmental reports. Cross-train for other duties as needed.

Manage dealership finance and insurance processes: present protection products, obtain customer financing through lender relationships, submit electronic deals, process and file transaction paperwork to meet DMV and lender requirements, track and collect receivables, and support sales team during peak times.

Sell and present vehicle protection products, secure customer financing by working with lenders, submit and enter deals (including ADP), process paperwork to meet DMV and lender requirements, track receivables and collections, support sales team during peak times, and obtain required licensing within 90 days.

Manage used vehicle intake, reconditioning estimates, quality control, and recall checks. Coordinate with Sales, Service, Marketing, and vendors to meet 72-hour turnaround, ensure safety and pricing accuracy, track vehicle status, and report productivity and quality metrics.

Greet customers, schedule and coordinate express maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, multipoint inspections), communicate recommendations and costs, document service orders, liaise with technicians, and promote maintenance programs to ensure timely, high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Assist customers through vehicle shopping and purchasing, follow up via phone and email, maintain product knowledge, provide outstanding customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals, participate in development activities, and meet performance-driven sales and commission targets.

Greet customers, identify vehicle needs, present new and pre-owned models, conduct walkarounds and test drives, manage sales process and paperwork, follow up on leads, and build long-term customer relationships.
