Automotive experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are prepared to train the right person who brings strong communication skills, confidence, urgency, and a genuine desire to help customers.

As a BDC Administrator, you will often be one of the first points of contact for our customers. You will respond to online inquiries, make outbound calls, schedule appointments, and help create a smooth transition from the customer’s initial interest to their dealership visit.

What You’ll Do
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and online lead platforms

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

  • Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments

  • Provide customers with accurate, helpful information while creating excitement about their visit

  • Follow up consistently with customers throughout the inquiry and appointment process

  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the dealership CRM

  • Partner closely with dealership leadership, sales, and service teams

  • Help ensure every customer receives a professional, timely, and welcoming experience

  • Meet individual and department appointment, follow-up, and performance goals

  • Represent Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
