Sell new and used Toyota vehicles by consulting customers, presenting features/options/pricing and finance choices, following up with prospects, tracking activity in dealership systems, and participating in sales and product training to build long-term customer relationships and meet sales goals.

Manage inbound and outbound customer contacts for parts, service, and sales; gather and maintain customer data; schedule appointments; follow up on leads; use phone and basic computer skills to increase appointments, sales, and retention.
