Own financial control of the regional Cost of Sales portfolio, leading budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, management reporting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and cost-performance insights. Coordinate cross-entity inputs, improve data quality and reporting controls, standardize methodologies, and drive automation using finance tools. Serve as the finance interface for regional functions and headquarters, aligning stakeholders and coordinating follow-up actions.

Lead regional FP&A for AMIEO by coordinating annual budgeting and forecasting, delivering management reporting, analyzing financial performance and variances, and providing insights to executives. Own product profitability reporting and the Tagetik reporting module, ensuring data integrity, process standardization, governance, automation, stakeholder alignment, and controller support across regional and global finance teams.

Manages dealer wholesale planning, sales forecasting, order generation, vehicle allocation, invoicing, dispatch, inventory, and dealer fund management. Analyzes sales, stock, and dealership KPI data while providing MIS reports to stakeholders. Coordinates with plant, production, finance, logistics, and field sales teams to align ordering, production, dispatch, back orders, and daily sales objectives.

Supports Aftersales sales operations by managing approved plans, analyzing market conditions, inventory, regional feedback, and monthly progress. Helps identify revenue and profit opportunities within budget, assesses product-category risks, and coordinates communications between regional teams and head office. Summarizes large amounts of data to support decision-making and completes ad hoc operational tasks.

Analyze credit adjudication processes, system behavior, control gaps, and portfolio performance. Support departmental projects, test cases, monthly reporting, and presentations. Diagnose unexpected changes in portfolio composition, recommend risk-reduction improvements, and present findings to management while collaborating with cross-functional finance teams.

Supports Canadian industry, consumer, brand, and competitor research; prepares strategic insights and recommendations; develops dashboards and reports; uses analytics, automation, visualization, and AI tools to improve decision-making; collaborates cross-functionally with business teams; and supports leadership meeting planning, agendas, discussions, and action tracking.

Supports project budget reviews, ROI analysis, annual budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, CAPEX expense tracking, financial reporting, treasury activities, and loan and lease reporting. The intern investigates variances, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and performs ad hoc financial analysis. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and Excel skills while working four days per week in the Mississauga office.
