Targeted business functions for learning may include, but are not limited to: Manufacturing Operations, Engineering & Supply Chain Management, Research & Development, Purchasing and Program Management.

Who We’re Looking for:
Current MBA candidate from a recognized institution with a strong academic record.
5+ years of professional experience prior to MBA enrollment; automotive industry experience or interest preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Dynamic team player who seeks to maximize diversity of strengths, thought and perspective to generate innovative solutions.
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in an agile and ever-changing industry with a variety of corporate and industrial work settings.
Embraces ambiguity and is self-directed to identify the information, tools and resources needed to lead effectively and deliver results.
