The Nissan Graduate MBA Internship Program is a highly selective professional 12-week summer internship experience, designed to fill our leadership pipeline through high-impact stretch assignments. Targeted business functions for learning may include, but are not limited to: Manufacturing Operations, Engineering & Supply Chain Management, Research & Development, Purchasing and Program Management.

A Day in the Life:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Present findings and contributions to senior leaders.

  • Receive guidance and mentorship from Nissan Graduate Program alumni to provide. valuable insights and support throughout your internship.

  • Gain continuous skill development through ongoing learning offerings and programs.

Who We’re Looking for:

  • Current MBA candidate from a recognized institution with a strong academic record.

  • 5+ years of professional experience prior to MBA enrollment; automotive industry experience or interest preferred.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Dynamic team player who seeks to maximize diversity of strengths, thought and perspective to generate innovative solutions.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in an agile and ever-changing industry with a variety of corporate and industrial work settings.
