1. Own the financial control of the Cost of Sales portfolio
- Maintain a complete view of outbound logistics, End-of-Life battery, connectivity services, intercompany pricing for imported vehicles and other cross-entity cost of sales items.
- Coordinate financial inputs across entities and functions to provide an integrated view of the Cost of Sales portfolio.
- Ensure costs are classified, consolidated and reported consistently across the region.

5. Improve data quality, reporting processes and automation
