Provides reporting, pricing, forecasting, cost recovery, and administrative support to an OEM Sales Department. Monitors customer orders, lead times, commercial actions, and pricing accuracy; maintains QAD and Teamcenter records; supports new program launches, tooling recovery, invoicing, accounts receivable follow-up, customer forecasts, margin reviews, and contract administration. The role also assists with customer inquiries, purchase orders, freight approvals, product availability, and resolving payment or pricing discrepancies.

Owns weekly, monthly, and quarterly management accounting for a global manufacturing business. Responsibilities include P&L reporting, reconciliations, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, standard costing, transfer pricing, inventory analysis, pricing support, management reporting, business partnering, process improvement, and finance system support across multiple entities and currencies.

Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and BAS for Australian business entities. Manage XERO bookkeeping, including reconciliations, invoicing, payroll, and journal entries. Prepare and finalize Australian financial statements and tax returns for trusts, companies, partnerships, individuals, and investment vehicles. Manage tax compliance, capital gains calculations, accounting-to-taxable-income reconciliations, Division 7A loan repayments, and trust distribution planning. Maintain audit-ready documentation, follow Australian tax laws, and plan workflows using provided tools and worksheets while delivering accurate work with minimal revisions.

Process manual customer and store orders, issue invoices, pay Shopify invoices, reconcile bank transactions and retailer payments, manage rebates, credit notes, returns, and accounts receivable. Prepare retailer statements and month-end reconciliation summaries, investigate discrepancies, maintain financial records, and perform bookkeeping and administrative tasks. Communicate with retailers and support the CFO and Finance Manager with accurate, timely transaction processing and reporting.

Manage daily accounting operations, including ledgers, journals, reconciliations, payables, receivables, reporting, and month-end close. Prepare and analyze P&L statements, monitor construction project costs, revenue recognition, and work-in-progress balances, and support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, audits, tax, and statutory reporting. Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders, resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate Xero records, and improve accounting processes and controls.

Serve as primary client contact delivering proactive, white-glove client success. Own onboarding, coordinate internal teams, track projects and documentation, resolve escalations, drive retention and account growth, and maintain accurate CRM records while supporting clients across time zones.

Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of custom web applications, client sites, and internal platforms. Build pixel-perfect responsive front ends from Figma, develop custom WordPress themes/plugins, work across Magento and Shopify, use AI-assisted development tools, and manage technical SEO (Core Web Vitals, site speed, audits, migrations). Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders, drive technical decisions, maintain documentation and high code quality in a remote environment.

Manages social media calendars, Instagram content, short-form video editing, Canva graphics, captions, email marketing, website updates, and performance reporting. Handles accommodation enquiries, reservations, OTA administration, guest communications, payments, invoices, reviews, databases, spreadsheets, and general administrative support for a hospitality business.

Manage end-to-end tax administration, including filing tax returns, coordinating e-signatures, maintaining client records, resolving tax errors, preparing tax and billing reports, sending provisional tax letters, filing IRD correspondence, and drafting invoices. The role also supports compliance documentation, database accuracy, recurring administrative tasks, and process improvement projects.
