Cultivates new and existing commercial banking relationships through networking, community engagement, sales, and client service. Meets sales goals by recommending financial solutions, supporting commercial clients, recording sales activity, and managing operational processes. Requires DB2 z/OS and SQL Server expertise, strong communication, documentation, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Conduct portfolio reviews, maintain client relationships, support referrals and cross-selling, and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage client records and communications using Redtail, collaborate with bank branches, respond to brokerage-related banking inquiries, and stay current on financial markets and research tools.

The Financial Advisor provides investment advice, manages client portfolios, ensures compliance with regulations, and fosters relationships for referrals and business growth.

Process and verify incoming and outgoing wire transfers, ensuring accurate data entry, regulatory compliance, and adherence to bank policies. Monitor request channels, support customers and bank personnel, review branch and call-in wire requests, and investigate OFAC violations. Work collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment while providing specialized wire transfer expertise and service.

Manage client investment portfolios, develop and execute comprehensive financial, tax, insurance, and estate planning strategies, lead client meetings, support new business development, and grow regional market share while collaborating with advisors.

Manage trust, estate, IRA, and investment accounts; administer fiduciary duties per trust documents and law; advise clients on estate, tax, and financial planning; coordinate external advisors; deepen client relationships and handle complex family dynamics while collaborating with bank referral sources.

Own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Central Bank's payment acceptance platform. Lead complex customer implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, ensure compliance (PCI, NACHA), drive platform adoption, monitor performance, and support business development and vendor management.
