Design and run onboarding, ramp, and coaching programs for Supply Cloud AEs. Use Gong and pipeline analysis to diagnose skill gaps, coach reps, partner with Marketing on sales content, run pipeline/forecast reviews, analyze KPIs, and report on quota attainment and ramp time.

Lead revenue operations for the Supply Cloud sales team: own forecasting cadence, enforce pipeline hygiene, use Gong and Salesforce to assess deal health, coach AEs, design onboarding/ramp, partner on enablement, and report KPIs to sales leadership.

Coach and support Account Executives to improve quota attainment and forecast accuracy by inspecting calls and pipeline with Gong, diagnosing deal risk, running forecast cadences, owning onboarding/ramp, producing enablement content with Marketing, and reporting on pipeline and KPI trends.

Manage schedules, resources, and project boards for complex SaaS implementations. Lead internal and customer kickoffs, track milestones, manage change requests, surface and escalate risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth transitions to Customer Success while improving implementation processes and reporting.
