Gather requirements, translate business needs into Workday configurations, write/execute test scenarios, troubleshoot, and act as technical SME for implementations, upgrades, and reporting (EIB). Partner with HR and stakeholders to optimize business processes, security, and org structures.

Serve as the first point of contact for policyholders reporting Auto, Property, or Commercial claims. Collect incident details, determine coverage, enter accurate claim information into systems, assign to adjusters, answer claimant questions, provide next-step instructions, and complete timely follow-ups.

Handle commercial property damage and bodily injury claims (litigated and non-litigated) for BOP, CA and CGL policies. Investigate, evaluate, and resolve exposures, manage reserves, address coverage issues (Reservation of Rights/declinations), negotiate settlements, and communicate claim status. Maintain accurate files, escalate as needed, and support litigation processes while delivering strong customer service.

Review and verify accuracy of commercial insurance premium audits (including complex/out-of-state and key accounts). Enter and track audit data, prepare voluntary mail audits, coordinate with independent auditors, respond to CRIB letters, identify potential SIU cases, maintain office support, and assist with PolicyCenter/SharePoint worksheet edits and system testing as needed.

Provide in-house legal oversight on insurance coverage and defense matters. Analyze coverage issues, draft reservation of rights and coverage position letters, monitor litigation and appellate work, advise General Claims on legal questions, respond to regulatory and consumer inquiries, and counsel business units on policy language, marketing, fraud, and legislative developments.

The role involves managing workers' compensation claims, providing excellent customer service, conducting investigations, and liaising with various stakeholders. It requires strong organizational and communication skills, alongside a commitment to company ethics and compliance.
