Embed with customer engineering teams to implement and optimize Vendasta's AI-powered platform, uncover gaps and opportunities, translate onsite findings into product roadmap input, handle technical customer conversations, and solve diverse technical problems across customer stacks while traveling regularly to client sites.

Design, deploy, and tune RAG systems and vector DBs; build custom integrations and data connectors; debug production APIs, models, and pipelines; ensure security, scalability, and observability; collaborate with sales, product R&D, and clients to productize field fixes and document reusable deployment playbooks.

Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors. Manage front-desk operations, calls, mail, inventory, travel logistics, OHS committee duties, basic equipment troubleshooting, and plan employee events. Leverage Google Workspace and basic AI tools to streamline administrative processes and improve workplace engagement.

Serve as the operational link between Pre-Sales and Execution to turn signed contracts into deployed AI solutions. Translate pre-sales scopes into Statements of Work, plans, resource allocations, and timelines. Enforce scope boundaries, manage change requests, route incoming work, and run client communications, milestone tracking, blocker resolution, and weekly status reporting across multi-stakeholder B2B SaaS implementations.

Serve as the single technical lead for a large multi-brand franchise partner, deploying and maintaining automation scripts, monitoring CRM/data pipelines, tuning LLMs and prompt systems, triaging integrations, and ensuring accurate reporting and enterprise-wide prompt governance.

Provide first‑line help desk support and systems administration for VPN, WiFi, softphones and SaaS. Use AI-assisted troubleshooting, knowledge bases, and automation to reduce tickets. Administer license management, build self‑healing scripts and AI‑indexed documentation, automate onboarding/offboarding and other workflows, contribute to phone/network improvements, support secure configurations, participate in on-call rotations, and help implement AI-enabled monitoring and threat detection.
