Lead end-to-end AI solution development from ideation through deployment, advise clients on AI strategies, select and integrate models, build scalable production systems, design RAG and evaluation approaches, optimize lifecycle costs, and identify opportunities for AI productization. Collaborate with engineering, product, and client success teams while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Lead the end-to-end Data and Reporting function for enterprise applications. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring reporting engineers, reviewing SQL and reporting solutions, developing SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards, gathering client requirements, estimating and planning delivery, ensuring reporting quality, troubleshooting discrepancies, conducting root cause analysis, and establishing governance and review processes. The role also requires cross-functional collaboration with engineering, QA, product, business, and client stakeholders.

Manage and maintain network operations, configure and troubleshoot Cisco switching and routing equipment, implement Cisco SD-WAN, and administer Nexus switches and Nexus Dashboard. Optimize Aruba wireless networks and implement Palo Alto Networks security solutions, including Prisma Access and GlobalProtect. Resolve network support tickets, maintain availability and performance, and provide coverage during U.S. off-hours. The role is remote within Singapore but may require onsite work.

Designs and implements Google Cloud architectures across IaaS and PaaS services; leads Cloud Center of Excellence initiatives; advises clients on cloud adoption; troubleshoots complex infrastructure issues; develops proofs of concept; modernizes legacy production architectures; collaborates with engineering, DevOps, security, and operations teams; mentors engineers; reports on cloud performance; and participates in on-call escalation support.

Support sales leadership by optimizing sales processes, KPIs, forecasting, CRM systems, reporting, and pipeline management. Conduct market research, generate and qualify leads, support discovery calls, manage client relationships and contract negotiations, and coordinate account transitions. Develop sales collateral and enablement programs while collaborating with marketing, product, customer success, and delivery teams. Provide analytics-driven recommendations and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve sales effectiveness.

Manage talent operations across employee onboarding and offboarding, HR records, payroll, leave and attendance, benefits, compliance, HR systems, engagement, reporting, policy communication, employee relations, training support, and wellness initiatives. The role requires managing high-volume hiring, global stakeholders, HR technology, process automation, and analytics in a BPO environment. This is an onsite Pune position working 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST, five days per week.
