- Collaborate with sales leadership to build processes & strategy to define, monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Analyze competing strategies, pricing, and products to provide actionable insights to the sales team.
- Establish and maintain a centralized repository of sales collaterals, including case studies, previous proposals, product datasheets, and presentations. Ensure that all materials are up-to-date, accurately reflect the current product offerings, and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to develop compelling case studies and success stories that showcase the value of our solutions.
- Source new sales opportunities through highly targeted and strategic lead sourcing, Identify target accounts and leads, utilizing established relationships, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Collaborate with marketing team to meet sales targets through targeted demand generation efforts and strategic account management.
- Qualify leads and accounts, setting next step meetings. Preparing, coordinating and conducting outlined discovery calls.
- Collaborate with the client and thinkbridge peers to design customized solutions based on client requirements.
- Manage contract negotiations through close.
- Transition account to delivery team, participate in initial launch meetings to ensure a smooth transition.
- Develop close relationships with C-suite executives, HR leaders, helping them think through solutions to their technology challenges and uncovering opportunities.
- Develop and manage reporting, analytics, dashboards, BI solutions to have ready actionable insights at all times.
- Perform data analysis to identify sales patterns and areas for improvement.
- Present analytics reports to sales leadership, highlighting key metrics variations.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and work to refine and streamline operations.
- Optimize and assist in deal tracking, approvals, and pipeline management.
- Organize training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Help build sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Coordinate sales planning activities, including campaign planning and resource allocation.
- Participate in refining our target customers and customer segments by collaborating with our marketing team

Requirements
- Extensive Experience: Candidates should bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales operations or pre-sales roles demonstrating a track record of success in optimizing sales processes, enabling sales teams. Must have hands-on international sales operations, especially in the USA, GCC, APAC markets. Extensive experience in lead nurturing, lead generation and lead qualification that contributes to the achievement of sales goals in a software enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to manage complex projects, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and organize vast amounts of sales data and collateral.
