As part of the job, you will be required to
- Lead end-to-end AI solution development, from ideation through deployment, in sectors such as staffing, healthcare, energy, and technology product development.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, clearly translating business objectives into actionable AI strategies and technical solutions.
- Evaluate, select, and integrate appropriate AI models (open source or proprietary) balancing performance, cost, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—engineering, product management, and client success—to deliver outcome-driven solutions.
- Continuously identify potential for productization of AI services and contribute strategically to thinkbridge’s product development roadmap.
- Ensure high engineering standards for production-readiness, scalability, maintainability, and quality.
- Own the lifecycle management of AI solutions, optimizing deployments by migrating from premium to cost-effective models over time.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building AI-powered software applications, ideally within client-facing or product-focused roles.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and fluency in Python; proficiency with REST APIs and modern cloud technologies.
- Proven ability to build robust, scalable AI systems from concept to production. Experience with agentic frameworks like langgraph and crew.ai is highly desirable.
- Experience with diverse AI models and platforms (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS AI, proprietary APIs), and deep understanding of when to apply each.
- Experience with varied RAG approaches and vector stores, designing evaluation systems, and a deep understanding of the tradeoffs across approaches.
- Creative, outcome-focused problem solver with excellent analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and deliver meaningful business outcomes with high agency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to clearly articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience or interest in shaping and launching new product offerings based on AI-driven insights from client engagements

Skills Required
