Provide high-level support to the Director of Sales for LATAM Southern Cluster: manage complex calendars, coordinate international travel and leadership meetings, prepare executive presentations and dashboards, handle administrative operations (expenses, purchase orders, vendors), track action items, liaise with stakeholders, and protect confidential commercial and financial information.

Lead a team of supply planners to optimize service, inventory, and cost. Ensure compliance with global planning processes, drive KPI performance and root-cause actions, coach planners, and represent the cluster in regional/global supply planning forums.

Lead Thailand Sales Operations to define and execute RTM strategy, in-store execution and Category Management. Build sales capability via training, deploy sales tools and analytics, and drive distributor and perfect-store initiatives across customers and channels.

Responsible for sales strategy and account management for assigned modern trade/minimarket accounts. Drive revenue, profit, and category growth through strategic planning, assortment, pricing, promotions, planogram compliance, distributor management, budgeting, and team leadership to achieve KPIs and store execution.

Serve as Finance Business Partner to Sales and Commercial teams, lead budgeting, forecasting and S&OP, analyze trade spend and promotional ROI, support financial planning and performance management, drive process improvements and ensure sales controlling governance.

Lead cluster accounting activities including month-end close, year-end, budgeting, S&OP projections, statutory filings, audits, internal controls, and SSC coordination. Serve as finance controller and legal representative for Mexico and Costa Rica, managing and developing an accounting team and ensuring compliance across processes and vendors.

Serve as a strategic sales finance business partner for Mexico Commercial: provide pricing, trade investment and profitability analysis, forecast and P&L simulations, reconcile trade spend, manage promotion ROI and pricing processes, maintain contract audit records, and collaborate with cross-functional and analytics teams to drive profitable growth and financial governance.
