Provides customer support through phone, email, and chat, helping users with software usage and basic issues. Logs concerns, follows up through resolution, adheres to service processes, attends training, and escalates issues when necessary. The role also identifies sales opportunities during support interactions and conducts lead generation. This is an office-based, full-time position with six working days per week.

Owns and scales business growth channels, identifies new opportunities, analyzes performance, monitors partner operations, improves processes, tracks targets and incentives, manages marketing campaigns within P&L ownership, and recommends product changes to optimize user and agent workflows.

Drive inside sales by engaging customers, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, maintaining CRM records, collaborating on sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Conduct outbound calls to assigned B2C leads, schedule SaaS product demos, explain business use cases, address customer questions, follow up with prospects, close subscription sales, meet targets, and follow sales and customer onboarding SOPs.

Supports daily accounting and bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, month-end closing, financial records, MIS reporting, GST and TDS compliance, audits, and internal finance coordination.

Develop and implement HR strategies, manage onboarding and offboarding, maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, and ensure contracts and documentation remain current while handling confidential information.

Lead SEO and app store optimization strategy for B2B SaaS offerings. Drive qualified organic traffic, lead generation, and revenue through technical SEO, keyword research, content strategy, website optimization, analytics, competitive analysis, and conversion optimization. Collaborate with developers, content, product, sales, and marketing teams while mentoring team members and staying current with search trends and algorithm updates.
