Requires strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills, plus an engineering or related technical degree or equivalent experience.

Manage and train the Application Engineering team, strengthen engineering participation in sales, maintain partner certifications, track engineering-supported sales utilization, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations. Develop sales application tactics, support branch sales calls, promote technical competency through SIPEC initiatives, and lead creation of technical white papers and product videos. The role requires expertise in electrical and mechanical automation designs, application field sales, business software, and ERP, CRM, and QMS systems.
