The Finance Performance Lead NWA - French Speaker will be responsible for the financial performance of CHC North West Africa. They will act as a strategic partner to the Commercial Head, provide financial data and analysis to the local leadership team, lead budget and forecasts, drive cash flow optimization initiatives, and ensure OPEX management and control environment compliance. This role will involve close collaboration with various functions within the organization and require strong finance expertise and business acumen.

Manage customer requests, disputes, claims, and returns in a timely manner to ensure positive customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and resolve cases. Ensure accurate classification of requests and claims and support process improvements. Monitor reports for efficiency and compliance with internal controls.
