As People Services Junior Generalist (French Speaker) within our People Services team, you'll manage the employee life cycle processes, starting from the hiring process & onboarding until the coordination and administration of termination and off boarding activities for the French region, including creation of required documentation & system updates. The team is focused on continuous improvement processes, there will be opportunity for you to improve processes and implement best-in-class ways of working.

With respect to People Services (PS) operations in the Budapest Hub, the following areas are covered on a European or Global scale

  • People Life Cycle Management

  • Knowledge Base Management and Employee Query Handling

  • External Workforce Management

  • Global Learning Services

  • Quality, Performance, Employee Master Data & Reporting

  • Mobility Services

Main responsibilities
  • Create employee contracts, oversee and complete all required steps of the hiring process, coordinate with different stakeholders to provide an efficient and seamless onboarding experience

  • Manage the employee job change process in Workday and related systems

  • Administer termination activities, ensure smooth & compliant off-boarding

  • Ensure all systems are up to date throughout the entire lifecycle of the employee

  • Manage all documents related to people life cycle management (preparation, collection, validation, archiving)

  • Provide general support on employee related questions (Level 1) and be engaged in the Customer Service process in Service Now

  • Handle direct queries from employees via phone calls

  • Address operational issues, investigate and follow up to resolution in an effective and timely manner

  • Execute in compliance with Sanofi policies relevant guidelines, including GDPR and French labor law

  • Complete all activities as per the global Core Model and operational KPIs

  • Participate in local /global projects, contributing to the implementation of new initiatives

  • Train & support new joiners and existing team members (if required)

About you

Experience

  • Fresh graduate/ early career, expressing interest in HR

  • General understanding of HR processes and activities is advantage

Soft and technical skills

  • Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g., Workday is advantage

  • Familiar with Ticketing Management tools (such as ServiceNow) is advantage

  • User level of Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word etc.)

  • Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner

  • Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with People Services front line teams with an end-to-end mindset

  • Good communication skills, attentive to customer needs & feedback

  • Organized and structured to execute tasks according to deadlines, attention to details is crucial

Education

  • Degree with HR or business administration or equivalent experience

Languages

  • English and French language knowledge (min. B2-C1) is a must & knowledge of other European language is welcome

The salary range for this position is :Ft7 603 200,00 - Ft11 404 800,00

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
