Build and scale an AI adoption community across US Commercial through champion networks, peer-learning forums, office hours, engagement campaigns, and success stories. Manage community channels, FAQs, knowledge assets, and content calendars while facilitating collaboration and continuous learning. Capture feedback, barriers, and use cases; track participation and adoption metrics; support local advocates; and recommend improvements that increase user engagement, experience, and value realization.

Leads value realization for strategic transformation programs, from business case development through benefit validation and sustainability. Defines value frameworks, baselines, ownership models, KPIs, and realization plans; tracks financial and non-financial outcomes; identifies value leakage and risks; supports governance reviews; partners with Finance and senior stakeholders; and standardizes enterprise value realization methods.
