The position is responsible supply continuity in Vietnam market which align with Regional APMA Supply Chain Management (SCM) in term of target for Regional / CPO (inventory, W/O, W&D budget) and also align with local CPO on local registration regulation, QA requirement, Warehouse management, expense effectiveness.
The role also in charge of manage and develop whole Supply Chain team and Warehouse team, compliance with local regulation and company policy.
Support NEM2 to complete Country NEM Control circle as requested. Play role of NEM3 coordinator for warehouse site in aligned with NEM2 for un-announced emergency plan activation/call-up test (if required). Monitor and inform NEM2 about any NEM incident timely.
Job Description
Major Accountabilities
Manage & develop SC team and WH team as aligned with Regional APMA SCM, aligned with team’s perspective and aspiration. Develop, monitor and improve KPIs for SC, WH team as aligned with Regional APMA SCM.
Ensure supply continuity in VN market accordance commercial team strategy, and as discussed with BPA team, align with business’s sales target.
Inventory: manage healthy inventory and effective bridging stock if needed when having manufacturing site transfers, MA expiry or any period of time having no valid import license, or any supply issue announced by manufacturing sites
Coordinate with Region APMA SCM & manufacturing sites in implementing new process / system / guidelines on SKU, MOQ, EOQ, lead-time, shipping mode.
Manage total W&D expense as aligned budget.
Support SC team member in managing S&OP meetings with commercial team to validate forecast in order to have most accurate forecast for demand planning (for team update to SAP, Futurcast, Rapid Respond).
Manage overall SIT as agreed level with each distributor; no stock out especially for key growth brands. Limit the expired goods to the strict minimum level as aligned with Regional APMA SCM.
For new launch: work closely with local team (Franchise, Market Access, DRA…) and site / Band Lead to have all impacted factors to launching timeline been managed well.
With distributor: manage discussion with distributors for supply process to distributor, support stock management & stock for tender submission, issue with hospitals.
Play role of Supply Chain Security for warehouse facilities including inventory security in warehouse.
Being NEM 3 coordinator for site VN CPO warehouse to facilitate all activities for warehouse which aligned with NEM 2 guideline and local regulation requirement.
Essential requirements:
University Degree in Finance/Supply Chain Management/Engineering or related field.
Previous solid experience in a similar role, ideally in pharmaceutical companies.
Experience in directly dealing with different departments (finance, accounting, commercial, manufacturing, regulatory).
Advanced IT skills with knowledge of Supply Chain tools.
Clear and effective communication, with strong stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
