Convert inbound and outbound leads into solar-energy customers through phone calls, emails, and digital channels. Qualify B2B prospects, engage decision-makers, explain solar solutions, schedule meetings and demonstrations, manage the sales pipeline, achieve targets, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with design and business development teams to improve conversion rates.

Manage the post-sales customer lifecycle, including onboarding, support, adoption, retention, issue resolution, and relationship management. Serve as the primary customer contact, coordinate with sales, product, and operations teams, monitor customer health and satisfaction metrics, maintain CRM records, prepare reports and dashboards, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

Lead the analytics function by developing dashboards, reports, data models, forecasts, and predictive models. Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate business challenges into actionable insights, ensure data accuracy, and support decisions across customer experience, sales, marketing, operations, and finance. Manage data pipelines and BI tool governance while mentoring analysts and junior data scientists, defining the analytics roadmap, and prioritizing team workloads.

Coordinates solar operations with vendors and internal teams, tracks project completion, prepares bills of material, manages net metering and subsidy filings, supports tenders and bids, conducts site surveys, handles permits, and serves as the client point of contact for project updates and issue resolution.
